Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business with all US orders processed within 24 hours. Orders are shipped from our US and international warehouse.

If you have not received a tracking number within 72 hours, please send us an email at info@thepyrofit.com.

Once your order has shipped and you have received your tracking number, PyroFit is not responsible for any delays or issues related to shipping. You must reach out to the shipping service. If your tracking number says your order was delivered and you have not received it, you have to reach out to the shipping company. PyroFit cannot do anything for an order that was delivered.

If your order is pending delivery, please contact the shipping company for more information. PyroFit is not responsible for any shipping delays or errors. If your order was damage during shipping, please contact the shipping company for further assistance.
